To enroll in Foundation Christian Academy, applicants must:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    A placement test and interview are required for students entering grades K-12.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    If accepted, parents are provided information necessary to complete the admissions process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n

    Immunization & Physical Examination<\/h2>\n

    All immunization and physical examination requirements must be met as part of the enrollment process (Charter 232.032 Florida Statutes).<\/p>\n

    Forms must be on file before the first day of school or attendance may be denied.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
