We hope they will find their own way of becoming lifelong servants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #2f3747;\">Therefore, as our school fundraiser, we choose to do a service-a-thon, which is similar to a walk-a-thon, but provides students with the opportunity to serve others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #2f3747;\">Tuition effectively covers the cost of running the school. Fundraisers are used to purchase &#8220;extras.&#8221; Your LoL donation is not only tax deductible, but it is a fabulous way you can support the academy!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section style=\"padding: 56px 20px 0;\">\n<div style=\"max-width: 1100px; color: #2f3747;\">We believe in cultivating a servant&#8217;s heart. Throughout their many years at FCA, longtime students have had the opportunity to serve in so many varying capacities, exposing them to many different needs within and beyond their community. Why don&#8217;t we just do that?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #2f3747;\">We could. And we have. Over the years, the companies that offer these types of fundraisers have decreased the profit margins and often even require us to purchase the catalogs. This requires you to ask people to purchase overpriced items that they may not want only for us to receive as little as 40% of the money they are spending.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0; color: #2f3747;\">We have found that most people would prefer 100% of their donation go toward funding something special for your child&#8217;s school and receive the tax deduction. You simply fill out the Participation Commitment Form and return by the deadline.
