If the misconduct involves the principal it must be reported to the FCA School Board. padding-left: 20px; color: #2F3747; font-size: 16px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 6px\">\n<li>being alone with a student in dark or closed room or secluded area<\/li>\n<li>behaving in an overly friendly or familiar way or failing to maintain an appropriate professional boundary with a student<\/li>\n<li>using forceful or unnecessary physical contact with a student<\/li>\n<li>administering discipline not compliant with district policy<\/li>\n<li>accepting or offering of gifts for return of a favor or privilege from students or colleagues<\/li>\n<li>badgering or habitually teasing a student<\/li>\n<li>mocking or belittling a student<\/li>\n<li>chronically embarrassing a student<\/li>\n<li>displaying prejudice or bigotry against a student<\/li>\n<li>suspicion of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol<\/li>\n<li>failing to properly supervise students or to ensure student safety<\/li>\n<li>cheating, falsifying information or testing violations<\/li>\n<li>retaliating against a student or colleague for reporting misconduct<\/li>\n<li>bantering or engaging in colloquial or slang communications with a student<\/li>\n<li>directing or using profane, offensive, or explosive language in the presence of students<\/li>\n<li>making lewd or suggestive comments or overtures toward a student or colleague<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"display: flex;
