To enroll in Foundation Christian Academy, applicants must:
- Complete a campus tour.
- Create an online application form and submit required records/documents and recommendation forms.
- A placement test and interview are required for students entering grades K-12.
- If accepted, parents are provided information necessary to complete the admissions process. All immunization and physical examination requirements must be met as part of the enrollment process (Charter 232.032 Florida Statutes). Forms must be on file before the first day of school or attendance may be denied.
Foundation Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, and national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at
the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
